Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Items should be in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they were defective or damaged upon delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6. Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support to arrange a replacement.
